According to the project, the amount of assistance will no longer depend on whether the family lives in a shared or separate apartment. For example, a family of five with three children, which previously had the right to receive payments from 7.4 to 9.9 million rubles, will be able to receive about 5.2 million rubles. For large families who do not have their own housing, the amount of payments will remain the same. The authorities explain the initiative with the need to save budget funds.
