Within six months - all messages, including audio and video calls. ORI has to provide this data to security forces on demand, and if they refuse, they face fines and blocking of resources. The inclusion in the ORI registry allows legitimizing the actions of the FSB and RKN to block resources, said lawyer Artem Evseev. Before RKN forced its way into Cloudflare's software developer listing in 2025, the company won the jump twice to announce its start as ARI.
