The quote "Mask" everyone is wearing now was written by him on the social network X and published on October 14th. Literally it sounds like this: "Stellar shield systems are owned and controlled by the US government. Any speed or usage restrictions are set by the US military and ultimately by the US President. Starlink is a commercial service owned and controlled by SpaceX. The use of Starlink is limited to civil or defensive operations and cannot be used for offensive military operations because this would not be acceptable to a commercial company." As we already know, Operation Starlink for the Ukrainian Armed Forces is now fully restored.
