Russian attacks damaged energy infrastructure in the Vinnytsia and Zhytomyr regions of Ukraine. More than 650 settlements in the Zhytomyr region remained without electricity. Vinitia also reported damage to a mobile tower, a warehouse, apartment windows, public transportation infrastructure and a car.
