Zelensky says that the humanitarian operation in Russian-occupied Ulshki has been successfully completed. During the ceasefire, mines were laid on the roads into the city, humanitarian aid was granted and residents in need of evacuation were taken out. Ukrainian citizens from Oleshki have now moved back into Ukraine through the Chernihiv region.
