Putin told Finnish President Alexander Staab and Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Stora that Russia would not compromise on its goal of conquering all of the Donbass, Reuters reports, citing a source close to the Kremlin. The Nordic leaders replied that a "just" peace was needed.
