Norwegian MP Peter Frolich and his organization Prit Ukraine brought thermal cameras into Ukraine as UAVs after Norwegian customs blocked the shipment under a law from the 1950s. Frolich warned the government that delays could cost the lives of Ukrainian soldiers. The next day, authorities said they would speed up the process, and the rules were eventually changed so the Norwegians could legally send civilian drones to Ukraine. Frolich says he does not regret breaking the law.
