Zelensky says the U.S. has returned full intelligence support to Ukraine and lifted restrictions on Star Shield, with the lack of air defense systems the main unresolved issue. Regarding possible trilateral talks with the US and Russia, he said that Ukraine wants concrete results such as an energy ceasefire, naval and grain arrangements, an all-for-all exchange or a meeting of leaders. Military borders and neutrality are off the table, while territory is for leaders only.
