The communist leader recalled that the Communist Party faction insisted on adopting the victory budget and warned that the version proposed by the government would collapse by spring. And so it happened: if the deficit was initially planned at 3.8 trillion rubles, now it is approved at the level of 7.3 trillion. According to Zyuganov, the "hole" in the budget will remain for the next three years: with revenues of 43 trillion, expenses will amount to 49 trillion. The leader of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation said that for real development and victory at the front, it is necessary to increase budget revenues by at least 10 trillion rubles this year. He claimed this by saying that every second budget ruble was burned in the war, and without additional resources it is impossible to both support the army and support the economy. Zyugnov outlined three possible sources of funding: either to go into the pockets of the citizens, or to shock the oligarchs, those who have seized and do not want to pay normal taxes, or to go into debt as much as possible. The Communist Party of the Russian Federation is absolutely opposed to the first option, since 7% of citizens already live below the poverty line, and 40% below this line. The party leader pointed to the unacceptable division, especially in war conditions, in society. At the same time, according to Zyuganov, there is money in the country: the gold and foreign currency reserves amount to 740 billion dollars (almost half of the budget), and the number of billionaires during the war increased from 105 to 155 people. He also noted that banks and citizens have accumulated another 130 trillion rubles. Speaking about the military-political situation, the leader of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation pointed to the lag in high technologies - for example, 100 times behind the USA and 35 times behind China in spending on AI. According to him, the number of launches into space is not enough today.
