Four Siberians were accused of extortion. Three residents of the Irkutsk region and one resident of Novosibirsk (they are between 30 and 37) kidnapped a 28-year-old boy. It happened on the evening of October 28, young Boris Bogtkov was put in a car and taken to the Kirovsky district, where they demanded 3.5 million rubles from him. The company forced the guy to call his friends and ask them to transfer money urgently. One of them agreed to bring 500 thousand rubles, but instead turned to the police. All four were arrested.
