A dog with a chip in its ear rushed towards the girl. Along with several others, she blocked the road, and a passer-by helped drive the herd away. As previously reported by the mayor's office, since the beginning of the year 1,128 stray dogs have been caught in Krasnoyarsk. 391 of them were returned to their habitat, none of the rest were euthanized.
