Previously planned to be completed by May 2026, the city planning department reported to - according to Strondzor, the house is 59% ready and 2% behind schedule. In the months of September and October, according to the observations of our reporters, there were almost no workers on site, and the equipment was idle. The eight-story building with an underground floor was built by the Goriati company. The building is planned to include 86 apartments, 24 non-residential complexes and underground parking for 94 spaces. The company belongs to Daniil Guriev, the son of the owner of the Novovangarsk enrichment plant, Vladimir Guriev. In December 2023, the then mayor Vladislav Loginov called the future house "an ornament of the center", and the whole project was philanthropic. Goriati bought the historic buildings on this site from the city in 2018, restored them, but was unable to sell the property - it is now vacant.
