Relations between Russia and the West will never return to what they were. According to Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski, the West is convinced that Poland was right in its assessment of Putin. "Life will never be the same as it was before the war," said the minister. At the same time, according to Sikorsky, Russia's problem is much deeper than Putin alone. "It's a cultural problem related to the political culture of this country. Here Mongolian, then Tsarist and then Bolshevik traditions were consistently recreated. There were attempts to start everything over, to build something fundamentally new, but they didn't succeed."
