Surprisingly, this news is not from Russia. In Canada, a woman just hit a passerby in the head. In central Guelph, Ontario, a girl was calmly walking down the street with a friend when a woman came out towards them and suddenly hit her in the temple with all her might. The police arrested the 35-year-old attacker just minutes later. The reason is unknown - the police and the local media do not give her name.
