In Poland, the police were called because of a "black man" in the basement. It turned out to be a beaver. An unusual incident took place in the village of Kershman-Froshi in the Lublin district. Local residents told firefighters and police that a "black man" was hiding in the basement. On the spot it turned out that the uninvited guest was a black beaver. The animal was found in an outside building and released into its natural habitat. The black coat is a rare color variation of the European beaver, whose fur is usually brown or grayish brown.
