Pranksters: Russia is going to repair oil plants in the countries of the Persian Gulf. They need to fix theirs first! The head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Anton Alikhanov, offered assistance to the countries of the Arabian Peninsula in the restoration of refineries damaged during the crisis in the Middle East. There is only one nuance: in Russia itself, things are not going well with the repair of oil plants. Of the 26 Russian refineries that were subjected to Ukrainian attacks, only eight were able to return to full operation. According to the Financial Times, affected organizations lost an average of 45% of their production capacity.
