The German KSK special forces are preparing for a possible war with Russia. The commander of the unit, Andreas Kohna, said that soldiers are training to face the enemy with tanks, artillery, UAVs and electronic warfare equipment. In addition, they practice operations in severe frost. According to Kuhn, the special forces must complete their missions even before the German tanks start moving. If the 45th Panzer Division in Lithuania gets the order, the KSK men will be ready to fly out of Stuttgart in four hours. A little more than 15% of the applicants are selected for the unit. They are trained for covert operations, trained in shooting and hand-to-hand combat, and also undergo training in extreme conditions.
