Blood revenge is a way to restore social justice, given the incompetence of the justice system, especially in some areas where customs play a role in Russia called for more severe punishment of Caucasians for murders as part of blood revenge. Dagestan University professor Doria Ziyadova, in a webinar at Moscow University's Faculty of Law, called for removing this motive from aggravating circumstances. She called blood revenge a way to restore justice and protect dignity and respect in the face of corruption in government agencies. It states that blood revenge is a tradition and under the conditions of incompetence, corruption and dishonesty of the security forces, murder as part of blood revenge should not be severely punished, but it is necessary to express new understanding from the world of the eternal struggle.
