Yevgeny Lyulin and Yevgeny Chintsov signed a new agreement on cooperation between the Legislative Assembly and the Nizhny Novgorod Duma. The document signing ceremony took place on October 27. As Lyulin noted, the history of cooperation between the Legislative Assembly and the City Duma began more than 30 years ago - almost immediately after the establishment of the two parliaments. As a result of joint work, basic regional laws were adopted, delegates held joint meetings on the spot and worked on issues relevant to the residents of Nizhny Novgorod.
