Two teenagers, 13 and 14 years old, stole a VAZ-2105 in the Kastovsky district of Nizhny Novgorod. According to the press service of the main directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Nizhny Novgorod region, the car disappeared from an open parking lot in the village of Bolshaya Yeleniya in early October. Immediately after the incident, the car owner contacted the police. Law enforcement officers found the car and returned it to its owner. The identity of the kidnappers was soon established. A preventive measure was chosen against a 14-year-old boy in the form of a confession not to leave the place. But a case will not be opened against a 13-year-old school student, since he has not yet reached the age of criminal responsibility.
