A resident of the village of Soloniha, Spassky District, complained about the lack of a bridge across the Ogra River. The administration informed her that funds can be allocated for the construction of the building no earlier than 2028. According to the woman, the villagers have been living without a crosswalk for eight years: the structure has collapsed. The authorities claim that the bridge project is now ready, and its construction is estimated at at least 260 million rubles. However, the local budget cannot cover such expenses. Also, it was not possible to obtain regional funding: the construction was not considered a priority due to the fact that only 15 people live in the village permanently.
