The key concept in the work of the OSCE is dialogue, said the organization's Secretary-General Feridon Sinirlioglu in an exclusive commentary for "The First Time".
The diplomat made his statement at the Independence Palace after a meeting with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.
Sinirlioglu stressed the importance of constantly maintaining diplomatic interaction within the organization. "Belarus is a participating country in the OSCE, and within this organization the key concept is dialogue. We all strive to ensure that diplomatic dialogue and interaction is maintained at all times," Feridon Sinirlioglu, OSCE Secretary General.
