Pagor complained to the Ethics Committee regarding a video in Russian. The Chairman of the Seimas, Edwards Smiltens, and the other members of the Presidency prepared an appeal to the Mandates, Ethics and Applications Commission with a request to initiate a case of violation of ethical standards against the deputy of the Sovereign Power Party/Young Association of Latvia Andrii Pagor. On the first working day of the Seimas of the 15th convocation, Mashdrag posted a video on TikTok in Russian from the meeting room, in which he talked about the topics planned for discussion at the first meeting. The video was later deleted from his account, but copies of the recording continue to circulate on social media. According to the chairman of the Seimas and the members of the presidency, Fagor's actions contradict the deputy's solemn promise enshrined in the constitution to strengthen Latvian as the only state language. In addition, in their opinion, he violated Article 18 of the Code of Ethics of Seimas delegates, which obliges the delegates to use the state language on the premises of Seimas, both when communicating with each other and when communicating with Latvian society, and not to allow actions that could call into question the importance of the Latvian language.
