SAB will vet new MPs and future ministers as soon as possible The Satwarsama Protection Bureau (SAB) promises not to delay the verification of new MPs and future ministers to meet the requirements for access to state secrets. SAB is ready to carry out inspections on the dates set by the regulations and in the manner prescribed, while giving priority attention to the requests of the deputies of the new assembly of the Sages and the Cabinet of Ministers. After receiving inquiries from the Sims and the state ministries, the YMR, as in previous cases, will carry out immediate inspections of those concerned and will respond to the institutions in the manner prescribed by law and within the stipulated time frame, the bureau said. According to the existing regulations, the SAB must verify a person within three months. If for objective reasons it is not possible to meet this deadline, it can be extended for another period of up to three months. Access to state secrets is only required for some Sejm deputies, but all government ministers must have it.
