Therefore, I can say with complete confidence - based on the primary source: I have never met Ilguaras Cliava, I do not know him personally and I did not offer him the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs. I didn't even consider his candidacy. Moreover, before discussing candidates for ministerial positions, it must first be determined which political forces will form part of the government.
