"How can that be???? No heating was provided for the apartments, in October there was a queue at the reception for heating, why should people pay for services that were not provided to people, here are such laws, complete chaos. " This message has reached our system. On social networks there are many residents of Krasnodar who are angry for the same reason. But there are no errors in the receipts. In apartment buildings where there are no thermometers, people pay according to the established standard, which is divided into equal parts over 7 months of the heating season - from October to April inclusive. In this case, it doesn't matter if the batteries were hot. The heating season officially starts in Krasnodar on November 2.
