In the center of Chelyabinsk, they decided to complete a 20-year record, which survived two bankruptcies - they tried to build twice. The sixteen-story boulevard at the intersection of Lenin Avenue and Third International Street began construction in the early 2000s. Here they promised to open an office center with a helicopter. The place was sold to investors, but the first developer, Massiv, went bankrupt. The shareholders formed Eurasia LLC, bought the building and continued the work. By the end of 2018 the skyscrapers were almost complete, but in the end the money came out. After that, Eurasia went bankrupt. Now the building is abandoned and defines the center: the area is large, the facade is collapsing, the windows are broken. Third attempt " The owners joined together in the cooperation of the Third International. His lawyer, Natalia Gavlovskaya, claims that the project is ready and the participants plan to get a new permit. They want to resume construction. The previous permit expired on Dec. 31, 2019, and there were no new applications to build or submit the building, the mayor's office said. The cooperation provides mandatory financing of the completion of construction by all owners, added Gavlskaya. If someone does not want to pay their share, the necessary amount can be recovered through the court. The cooperative is not yet saying how much it will cost to complete the increase. There is no deadline yet. Some people who live nearby are already attached to the heights and don't want any more cars showing up in the yards after they are completed. Others fear the decline will remain dangerous.
