Tyumen resident Artem Gorbunov, who through the efforts of Tyumen residents and a charity fund managed to raise a huge amount for treatment, has already flown to Israel. The boy's mother, Lyudmila Gorbonova, talked about it on social networks.
We told Artyom's story in July 2026. The young man needed urgent treatment in an Israeli clinic, but the cost was then 22 million rubles - the large Gorbunov family simply did not have that kind of money.
At first, the parents raised money themselves, then they were able to raise the support of the "Alyusha" charity fund. However, due to the exchange rate of the dollar, the amount increased and eventually approached 29 million rubles. In October, the training camp was closed and Artem flew to treatment.
