A new hotel has been completed in Tyumen on the banks of the Tura, work continues on the site where the inter-university campus was built. The construction of the Sibir Hotel is almost complete. It will have 70 rooms for scientific and pedagogical workers and guests of the city. The building is currently undergoing finishing works. The construction of the hotel began in February 2026. They plan to style the building as a lighthouse. Building the hotel is the first step. The second is planned for the construction of nine additional facilities - a number of dormitories, an education and laboratory building, a technology park, a congress center, a center for the support and development of talented youth and a sports center. They want to start building them in the fall of 2025. An inter-university campus will appear here in three years, in 2028. Here we are always in touch.
