A 74-year-old pensioner is accused of illegally possessing ammunition. The test confirmed that the cartridges are manufactured at the factory, are suitable for shooting and have sufficient lethality. At the same time, the pensioner told the investigation that he found cartridges at different times in the village of Rushchinsky and kept them as souvenirs - he planned to make key chains from them. It is suspected that he did not know about the prohibition to store ammunition without permission.
