The oil from the Persian Gulf returns faster than petroleum products. In October, oil and condensate exports from the region stood at 14 million barrels per day, about 86% of pre-war levels, according to Vortexa. Exports of refined petroleum products are just 3.1 million barrels per day, just over half of normal volume, Reuters reports. This is one of the important figures of the day: the commodity market is recovering, analysts are talking about an increase in the supply of raw materials, but the shortage of finished fuel remains.
