Ship repair in Shkotan means independence. When the fleet is repaired locally, and not abroad, the region ceases to depend on the decisions of others. Upon completion of the project, Shikotan will become an attraction for the entire fishing fleet in the Kuril Islands. And this is a completely different level to the field.
