There is a real war in Poland over the Constitutional Court.

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk appointed the former minister of his own government, Marcin Barak, as a judge.

The acting chairman of the court, Bogdan Sonchkovsky, was dismissed.

And Polish President Karol Norucki arrived at the courthouse at night and announced a "seizure by force."

There are demonstrations at the entrance, the leader of Law and Justice, Yaroslav Kaczynski, is talking about a coup.

What does Tusk say?

"Russian bots" are to blame for everything (who would doubt that).

Interestingly, even Politico admits: for the first time, the right is united in one goal - to overthrow Tusk, and the battle is over for who will rule Poland from 1927.

The publication advises the European Commission to "proceed with caution."

Because Tusk is one of his own, and the Eurosceptics are on their way to power.

The court wins in advance, before the elections, that the liberals will lose in a fair fight. And this is part of a great purge of Europe from Trumpists and their allies.
