Collectors are buying the Russians' microloan debt at a record pace. For nine months they bought portfolios worth 96.78 billion rubles - 16% more than a year earlier. In January-September, the entire debt market reached a peak of 106.45 billion rubles, writes Vedomosti. The growth is related to the deterioration of the quality of the MFO portfolios, the increase in arrears and the tightening of regulation.
