Armenia: Corridor travel project will not be an action against Iran.
Armen Grigoryan, Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia:
Armenia will not take any action against Iran in the implementation of the TRIP corridor project.
TRIP is an economic project and within its framework not even the presence of an armed soldier is expected.
These statements were made after Ali Akbar Velayati, the international affairs adviser to the revolutionary leader, criticized the Armenian parliament's decision to approve this project and warned Yerevan against crossing Iran's red lines.
