The annual inflation of services reached 55.9%; 104% growth in the price of accommodation and food services The Iranian Statistics Center announced that the producer price index of the services sector reached 632.6 units this summer. On this basis, this index increased by 16.4% compared to the previous season, by 67.5% compared to last summer and by 55.9% in the four seasons leading up to this summer. The survey of the service groups shows that the highest point-to-point inflation with 104.8% is dedicated to activities related to the provision of accommodation and food. On the other hand, the insurance activity group recorded the lowest point-to-point inflation at 33.5%.
