Restrictions on the presence of Iranian passengers on Salam Air's Tehran-Muscat flight. According to the notice published on the conditions for accepting passengers on flights from Salaam, Oman to Tehran, Iranians who do not have a valid Omani residence permit are prohibited from using these flights. According to the announced conditions, holders of a valid Oman residence permit, a two-year resident visa, Omani citizens and holders of passports from member states of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council can use these flights. In this way, Iranian travelers who intend to travel to Oman but do not reside in this country, will not be able to use this flight. The country's aviation authorities announced that this restriction existed from the beginning and that consultations are ongoing to allow all Iranian passengers to use Tehran-Muscat flights.
