There will be a discussion on the initiative to reduce the number of families with children who receive allowances. Much more, it seems, so that 2/3 of families with children do not receive any support. But apparently citizens still give birth too many times. Registered users can leave their comments and put. The public discussion of the project will continue until November 20. If adopted from April 1, 2027, when assigning a single benefit to children, turnover in family bank accounts will be taken into account. The corresponding resolution proposal was prepared by the Ministry of Labor. From January 1 to April 1, 2027, the data will be collected for analysis purposes only, without influencing the payment decision. After that, the verification results will be taken into account when allocating benefits. The limit on the account turnover will be 200% of the family's annual income. The calculation will take into account salaries, benefits, bonuses and self-employed income. It will not include transfers between family members, loan funds, tax deductions and documented income from the sale of property. Also, the project determines the minimum earnings to receive benefits: starting January 1, 2027, it must be at least 10 minimum wages per year. The requirement will not apply to citizens with objective reasons for a lack of income - for example, pregnant women, parents of children under the age of three, large families, people with disabilities or illnesses, as well as the registered unemployed. The individual allowance is intended for low-income families whose average per capita income is below the regional subsistence level. When allocating payments, the family's assets and compliance with the zero income rule are also examined: adults must work or have valid reasons not to earn money. Information will be received from the banks through inter-ministerial interaction channels, so that the citizens will not have to collect certificates themselves, the Ministry of Labor explained. If the bank does not deliver the data on time, the applicant can deliver it himself.
