There are 14 enforcement proceedings against Chubais, 10 of which were opened in 2016 (from June to October) based on materials from the Moscow Arbitration Court. In three cases, Chubeis' property was seized, including in April last year in the amount of 5.6 billion rubles. The current management of Rosnano demands joint compensation for losses from eight former managers, including Chubais: 3.892 billion rubles and 20.4 million US dollars (the amount will be converted to rubles according to the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of the decision).
