According to the investigative committee, back in 2022 Semanov employed his two sons fictitiously in a stock company, whose activity depended on the decisions and actions of the management headed by him. At the same time, they were paid without performing work duties, and by April 2024, over 497 thousand rubles were stolen from the factory. In addition, during the period from October 14, 2013 to February 12, 2026, Semanov, through controlled persons, established commercial organizations, and registered them in the name of his sons and other persons.
