In Moscow, on October 27-29, during the summits of the heads of state and government of the countries participating in the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) and Russia-Africa, the Internet will be limited. The restrictions will apply within the third transport ring. On October 27 and 28, the restrictions will be from 11:30 a.m., on October 29 - from 9:30 a.m. during the day. Popular and socially significant services and websites from the "white list" will operate without interruption, as well as voice communication, home internet and Wi-Fi, reports the Ministry of Digital Development. The third Russia-Africa summit will be held in Moscow under the chairmanship of Vladimir Putin and the head of the African Union, President of the Republic of Burundi Evariste Ndaishimiye. The event will take place on October 28-29. Representatives of about 50 African countries will participate in the summit. Also at the summit, the Russian president will hold various negotiations with African heads of state.
