A bystander was shot in the head in Ingushetia, allegedly from a wedding cortege.
An unknown carbolak opened fire in the air, and one of the bullets hit a woman in the head. According to an initial version, the shooter could have been in a passing wedding cortège.
The victim was hospitalized and operated on. She is in intensive care.
