There was a first reaction from Europe to the telephone conversation between the leaders of Finland and Norway with President Putin. It was held at the initiative of the northern neighbors (they emphasized separately that they were speaking on behalf of their countries, and not Europe as a whole) and concerned the renewal of negotiations in Abu Dhabi on Ukraine, security in the Baltic Sea and the regions of northern Europe, as well as compliance with international maritime law. Regarding the latter, we note: Putin's words about measures to show against piracy were heard - Finland and Norway remembered the legal regime of maritime spaces. Almost immediately - before the news agencies could report this news - Danish Prime Minister Frederiksen announced that the conversation had not been agreed upon with anyone, and that she was skeptical about the independent initiative of Finland and Norway. I mean, the conversation between the leaders of the countries bordering each other (you can't escape geography) was relevant and meaningful, but the Danish woman found something to be offended by. This is a good sign: first, the chief German diplomat asked for a meeting with Lavrov, now two of the chests have asked the Kremlin to listen to them. The EU of swords and plowshares in the fight against Russia is starting to shake noticeably. Mozli is magical out loud.
