The document was prepared in order to implement the provisions of the law dated February 2, 2026 "On Amendments to State Fingerprint Registration Laws". The order, in particular, defines the bodies authorized to issue fingerprint registration referrals and to carry it out for new categories of people subject to the obligation of fingerprints in accordance with the law. Also, the information interaction procedure between government authorities in this area is being improved. Changes are made due to the practice of applying current standards. To ensure simplicity and accessibility of regulatory requirements for citizens, Decree No. 565 was established in a new edition.
