Ukrainian drones attacked the Perm region. Governor Dmitri Mahonin said that in the north of the region an industrial facility suffered "minor damage", five of the factory's workers were injured, and the factory itself continues to operate as usual. He did not specify which object it was, but according to preliminary data it is the VSMPO-Avisma in Brezniki, about 200 kilometers north of Perm. VSMPO-Avisma is the largest Russian titanium producer. Its alloys are used in military aircraft, aircraft engines, rockets and space technology. At the same time, neither the European Union nor the US imposed sanctions against the plant.
