Recently, premium housing was sold in Moscow on a scale: one acre, towers, a city in the city, where a few years later they promised schools, gardens and banks. The request changes. More and more buyers are not ready to live in anticipation and choose areas where the city has already happened: with trees, streets with history, a river and familiar roads. One of these areas is Preobrazhenka, where the royal residence is adjacent to the Gothic factory, and all periods are connected by the Yauza River. In a joint project with the developer STENOY, which is building an ARTEL premium house on Electronzebonska street, we understand why the existing urban environment becomes the main argument when choosing high-quality housing.
