On October 29, Begbi will serve a new dinner from the chefs' table series "Georgia Map" "Georgia Map" is a series of unique dinners at Begbi on Parchistanka, the menu for which is determined by the brand's chefs Maka Zakaria and Yevgeny Dukonin based on the results of gastronomic expeditions. Twice a year, together with the founder of the restaurant, Rezo Mahradza, they travel for a week to Georgia: they study local products and home cooking, and travel to villages, markets and farms. The last trip passed through Kutaisi, Guria, Batumi and Magarlia, from where Maka Zakaria comes. At dinner, guests will be treated to an 8-course set and wine pairing. The new set includes green bean pakali with zucchini and chadi, kuchemchi from rapan and mussels, black sea fish with brown tomatoes, flounder with green adjika in Katsi and chacondril with plum and rubber. For dessert will be served Kakhti ice cream with persimmons and salty seeds. Dinner can be ordered on the establishment's website. And with your Moskovich card you can get a dessert as a gift.
