Mobile internet shut down in Moscow for three days due to summits with Putin from October 27 to 29, authorities will restrict mobile internet within Moscow's third transport ring, the Ministry of Digital Development reported. The department stated that the step is related to "ensuring security" during the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) and the Russia-Africa Summit. On October 27 and 28, there will be no mobile internet from 11:30 Moscow time throughout the day, and on October 29 - from 9:30 Moscow time, the office clarified.
