The project became the country's first full-cycle production of electrical equipment with maximum localization. We launched the plant in stages. In 2024, the first car was produced - a pre-production model; The following year, the company received SEZ resident status and opened an assembly shop. Now a procurement store has appeared, and the project has been able to operate at full capacity. The main development is the innovative electric cleaning machine "VKM 2024E". It is compact, versatile and maneuverable. Suitable for cleaning city streets and parks at any time of the year. It is important that its noise level be significantly lower than its diesel equivalents, which allows it to work in residential areas and at night. The total production area is 10.8 thousand square meters. m, design capacity - more than 300 units of equipment per year. The factory is equipped with modern hi-tech equipment. To ensure the sale of this equipment, the municipality entered into an investment contract with the manufacturer with a commitment to purchase approximately 1,600 machines by 2031. About 360 of Russia's most modern electric sweepers and vacuums are already operating on the capital's roads. Almost everything - from the idea to the finished product - is made in Russia and adapted to the conditions of Moscow. The level of localization of production exceeds 90%. In the future, the figure may increase due to the use of batteries from the electric battery cluster in Moscow. Currently, tests are being carried out on a prototype of RENERA LLC traction batteries. The car is created with the expectation that in the future it will be able to become unmanned.
