The building has a total area of ​​more than 4.4 thousand square meters. m will be equipped with sports fields and public spaces. The project provides for the creation of a complete aqua complex. A large health pool measuring 16 x 25 m, a children's pool and a hydromassage pool designed for comfortable recovery after training. Most of the second floor will be occupied by a spacious gym. There will also be group program rooms for yoga, pilates, strength and functional training. The adjacent area will be comprehensively designed and maintained. Near the building there is parking for bicycles and cars. A total of 22 sports facilities have been built in the south of the capital since 2011. Creating new places for sports near residential buildings is in line with the goals and initiatives of the national project "Infrastructure for Life".
